"Conspirator" is very useful in this configuration if you buy "spies" and "labos" asap, a "chapel" to get rid of all coppers and domains, or "upgrade" to transform them into "great hall".
Then add 2 "conspirators" that you will be able to make profitable and a "woodcutter", add 2 or 3 silver and gold, you come up with 2 provinces each turn at the end.

This enhances another pool I had posted, called "Actions are an end in itself", also focused on "conspirator".
I have put more cards with +1 action to boost conspirator:
moat=> labo
swindler=>spy
scout => cellar( to equilibrate)
bridge=> woodcutter (to allow +1 buy earlier in the game)

Finally I should not have replaced bridge by woodcutter, bridge is much powerful and should be bought instead of the spy at first or 2nd round.

I like your idea. The only problem is the strat you posted can be beat with a simple lab chain. Five labs one silver and two golds will get started faster and bemilde resilient to deck greening. In my testing (both solitaire and simulation) I get a win with the labs on average 5 turns quicker than with your strat; however, yours could work well if you gave people a reason to hide their money in action cards I.e. With thief. The Problem lies in the fact that lab is arguably the most self synergistic card in the game. Where as conspirators needs other cards to function optimally, and suffers much more from drawing dead.

I guess you're right, labo is too strong against conspi even with this adapted pool.
I thougth Minion was even stronger, after stats published on councilroom.com.
Here Minion also combotes with conspirator as it both helps finding conspi and chaining actions.
And it slows down the lab strat mid game when the lab player only have 1 or 2 labs.
Did you insert it in your simulation ? As you mention, the lab strat doesn't need other actions, except maybe one woodcutter on a bad draw mid-game to make the difference.

I left out minions as both labs and conspirator can use it as a terminal action. Labs if far better against drawing dead than conspirator because you draw two cards. Since your not relying on actions as your source of coin it doesnt matter as much which order you draw your cards in.
