Cheap Rush variant

Played with some friends. The excitement ramps astoundingly exponentially as engines and buying powers kick in. Loved the tension at the end with strategic non-piling as well as trying to figuring out how many victory points everyone had. Would replace Courtyard with Duke now that I've played it.
